Order Processing

  1. Tree works on made to order basis, ie, a product is made only after the order has been received.
  2. All Orders take 7 - 8 working days to be crafted with custom orders taking a while longer.
  3. A tentative delivery date shipping and other details will be provided via email.

Shipping in India : We now offer FREE shipping within India.

  5. Orders are delivered within 10 - 12 working days from the order date.
  6. Delivery to areas with remote connectivity may take up to 14 - 16 working days.

International Shipping:

  1. We ship worldwide.
  2. Shipping outside India is priced between 2000 INR- 4000 INR. The shipping amount depends on the weight of the package and the location chosen.
  3. Delivery can take up to 10 - 12 working days from the dispatch date.
  4. Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
  5. The tree is not responsible for delays, customs or duties during the shipment.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at dearfriend@treeandpoetry.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
